Illuminated Photovoltaic Fabric

It started when I was a teenager. I suffer from hyperhidrosis : excessive sweating.

This salty flow that gushes out of my body at all times directs my behaviour, my interactions, my choices, even my emotions. Or the other way round: my emotions drive my sweating.

In this research work, I explore the subject of sweat and its taboo, in order to understand its origins and its hold on sweaty and non-sweaty individuals.
Medical, sociological, philosophical and neurological references are confronted with a diary in the form of a website deconstructing the negative vision of sweat.

During the day, this autonomous awning stores solar energy, while protecting the idleness of terraces.

Flexible photovoltaic strips bask in the sun.
