GREECE

I have been intrigued by Greece and have taken it on as a project. This country is home to an ancient civilization. The archetype of Greek beauty was rediscovered during the European Renaissance. I was first inspired by the white and blue landscapes. Then I pursued this project by taking possession of this glorious past of ancient greek rife golden and patina colors. My work on Greece is mostly graphic. I structure patterns and fabrics by shape networks. Finally, I endeavor to bring my work into the modern world by using touches of neon colors and contemporary images.
